Each player is permitted one 7pin account only. Duplicate accounts will be suspended and balances may be forfeited in accordance with these Terms.
Any use of bots, exploits, collusion, or fraudulent activity is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of funds.
All bonuses and promotions are subject to wagering requirements and specific terms. Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until wagering conditions are fully met.

Important Notice: These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," "you") and 7pin ("7pin," "we," "us," "our"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at 7pin.app. By accessing or using the 7pin platform in any way — including browsing, registering, depositing, or placing wagers — you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.
1.1 These Terms apply to all users of the 7pin platform, including registered account holders and visitors who access the platform without registering.
1.2 By creating a 7pin account, you represent and warrant that: (a) you have read and understood these Terms; (b) you agree to be bound by them; (c) you meet all eligibility requirements set out in Section 2; and (d) all information you provide to 7pin is accurate, current, and complete.
1.3 If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use the 7pin platform. Your continued use of the platform following any update to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
1.4 These Terms should be read in conjunction with 7pin's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated herein by reference.
2.1 Age Requirement. You must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age to register for and use a 7pin account. This requirement is mandated by Philippine law governing casino-style online gaming. 7pin strictly enforces this requirement and will request documentary proof of age at registration or at any subsequent point.
2.2 Jurisdiction. The 7pin platform is intended for use by residents of the Philippines. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that accessing and using 7pin is lawful in your jurisdiction. 7pin makes no representation that the platform is appropriate or available for use in locations outside the Philippines.
2.3 Excluded Persons. The following persons are not eligible to register or maintain a 7pin account:
2.4 By registering, you confirm that none of the exclusions in Section 2.3 apply to you. 7pin reserves the right to verify eligibility at any time and to suspend or close accounts where eligibility cannot be confirmed.
3.1 One Account Per Player. Each individual may hold only one (1) 7pin account. Opening or attempting to open multiple accounts — whether under the same or different names, email addresses, or mobile numbers — is strictly prohibited. 7pin will suspend all duplicate accounts and may forfeit any balances held therein.
3.2 Accurate Information. You must provide accurate, truthful, and complete information when registering your 7pin account, including your full legal name, date of birth, Philippine mobile number, and email address. You are responsible for keeping this information current.
3.3 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 7pin login credentials. You must not share your password with any third party. 7pin will never ask for your password via email, SMS, or live chat. You must notify 7pin immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.
3.4 KYC Verification. 7pin may require you to complete Know Your Customer (KYC) verification at any time, including before processing withdrawals. Required documents may include a government-issued Philippine ID (e.g., PhilSys ID, passport, driver's licence), proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership.
3.5 Account Currency. All 7pin accounts are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). Deposits and withdrawals are processed in PHP.
4.1 Accepted Payment Methods. 7pin accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via GCash, PayMaya, and major Philippine bank transfers including BDO, BPI, and Metrobank. Available payment methods may change from time to time.
4.2 Minimum Transactions. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200. Maximum transaction limits may apply and will be communicated within the platform.
4.3 Withdrawal Processing. 7pin aims to process GCash withdrawals within fifteen (15) minutes of approval. Bank transfer withdrawals may take up to one (1) business day. Processing times may be extended during periods of high demand or where additional verification is required.
4.4 Own Funds Only. You may only deposit funds that belong to you. 7pin does not accept deposits from third parties. Deposits made from payment methods not registered in your name may be reversed and the account suspended pending investigation.
4.5 Withdrawal to Source. Withdrawals will generally be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit. 7pin reserves the right to request additional verification before processing any withdrawal.
4.6 Dormant Accounts. Accounts with no login activity for twelve (12) consecutive months are considered dormant. 7pin may apply a monthly administrative fee of ₱50 to dormant account balances after providing thirty (30) days' written notice to the registered email address.
5.1 7pin may offer bonuses, free spins, cashback, and other promotional incentives from time to time. All promotions are subject to specific terms and conditions that will be communicated at the time the promotion is offered.
5.2 Wagering Requirements. Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements as specified in the applicable promotion terms. Until wagering requirements are met, bonus funds and any winnings derived from them cannot be withdrawn. Wagering requirements must typically be completed within the timeframe specified in the promotion terms.
5.3 7pin reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time. Bonuses obtained through fraudulent means, abuse of promotional terms, or in breach of these Terms will be forfeited and the account may be suspended.
5.4 Only one bonus may be active at a time unless otherwise stated. Players may opt out of receiving bonuses by contacting 7pin support.
6.1 All games available on the 7pin platform use certified Random Number Generators (RNGs) that have been independently tested and audited to ensure fair and unpredictable outcomes.
6.2 Published Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages are theoretical long-term averages and do not guarantee individual session outcomes. Past results do not influence future game outcomes.
6.3 In the event of a technical malfunction during a game round, the affected round will be declared void and any wagers placed will be refunded to the player's account. 7pin's decision on technical disputes is final.
6.4 Players are responsible for ensuring they understand the rules of each game before placing wagers. Game rules are accessible within each game interface on the 7pin platform.
7.1 The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 7pin platform:
7.2 7pin employs fraud detection systems and cooperates with Philippine law enforcement authorities. Accounts found to be engaged in prohibited conduct will be immediately suspended, balances forfeited, and the matter may be referred to the appropriate authorities.
8.1 7pin is committed to promoting responsible gaming. We provide tools including deposit limits, session time reminders, cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion options to help players manage their gaming activity.
8.2 Self-exclusion requests can be submitted via the 7pin support team. Once a self-exclusion is in effect, 7pin will take reasonable steps to prevent the excluded player from accessing the platform for the duration of the exclusion period.

8.4 The 21+ age restriction is strictly enforced. If 7pin has reason to believe a player is under 21 years of age, the account will be suspended immediately pending age verification. Any winnings accrued during the period of underage play will be forfeited.

9.1 All content on the 7pin platform — including but not limited to software, game content, graphics, logos, trademarks, text, and design elements — is the property of 7pin or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
9.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the 7pin platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This licence does not permit you to copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any 7pin content without prior written consent.
10.1 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, 7pin shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the platform.
10.2 7pin does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance may result in temporary unavailability of the platform.
10.3 7pin's total aggregate liability to any player in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
11.1 By 7pin. 7pin reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, including where: (a) these Terms have been breached; (b) fraudulent or illegal activity is suspected; (c) required by law or regulatory directive; or (d) the player is found to be ineligible under Section 2.
11.2 By the Player. You may close your 7pin account at any time by contacting support. Any verified real-money balance remaining at the time of closure will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of any applicable KYC requirements.
11.3 Termination of your account does not affect any rights or obligations that accrued prior to termination.
12.1 These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
12.2 Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall first be submitted to 7pin's customer support team for resolution. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days, it shall be referred to the appropriate Philippine regulatory or judicial authority.
12.3 7pin operates within the regulatory framework overseen by PAGCOR. Players who believe their complaint has not been adequately addressed may escalate the matter to PAGCOR through its official channels.
